Position: Sous Chef job
About: Morrison Healthcare, a leading national food and nutrition services company dedicated to serving over 600 hospitals and healthcare systems, is currently seeking a Sous Chef to oversee the Culinary Department for a 200-bed acute care hospital, along with additional dining outlets on-site such as a coffee shop and full-service cafeteria. This role offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic environment that emphasizes healthful eating and exceptional guest experiences.
Requirements: A.S. degree or equivalent experience; progressive culinary/kitchen management experience; catering experience preferred; high volume, complex foodservice operations experience highly desirable; comprehensive knowledge of food trends, quality, production, sanitation, and cost controls; proficiency in Microsoft Office and computer applications; willingness to participate in client satisfaction programs; ServSafe certification highly desirable
