Requirements: Experience in a Leadership Position providing exceptional Customer Service, setting clear achievable expectations for the team, giving feedback, and following through on team needs; Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously as a detail-oriented and efficient person; Experience with Perishable Inventory Management, including proper rotation and labeling, food safety, and sanitation; Minimum 5 years cooking experience required; ServSafe Managerial certification preferred; Flexible and able to switch tasks quickly; Calm in stressful situations and able to provide a strong and cohesive department; Excellent verbal and written communication skills; Proficient in Microsoft Suite
