Requirements: Three to five years of experience in commercial cooking or Certification from culinary school required; knowledge of food and hygiene regulations (HACCP); understanding of financial controls, communication, organizational, and leadership skills; service orientation; proficiency in Microsoft Office and Windows-based computer applications
