About: The company is seeking a skilled and experienced Sous Chef to join their team and contribute to the culinary excellence of the establishment. The Sous Chef will be responsible for overseeing kitchen operations, ensuring quality standards are met, and leading the culinary team during busy periods and events. The ideal candidate will have a strong culinary background and the ability to effectively manage kitchen processes and personnel in the absence of the Executive Chef.

Requirements: Associate’s degree (A.A.) or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school; six months to one year of related experience and/or training; ability to read and interpret documents, write reports, and speak effectively; strong mathematical skills for calculations; excellent reasoning ability for problem-solving and decision-making
