About: Omni Richmond Hotel is seeking a talented, quality-driven individual to join its Culinary team as a Sous Chef. This role involves assisting the Executive Chef in all areas of the kitchen operations. As a leader, you will work closely with the Executive Chef to ensure seamless kitchen operations at Omni Hotels & Resorts in Richmond.

Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; culinary degree preferred; experience as a Sous Chef or in a similar role necessary; strong leadership and communication skills essential; ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment; attention to detail and organizational skills crucial
