Position: Sous Chef job
About: Firebirds Wood Fired Grill is currently seeking Sous Chefs to partner with the Executive Chef in providing direction and training to team members by coaching, counseling, and offering feedback on job performance. The Sous Chefs will oversee butchering and portion control in a dynamic culinary environment.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; prior experience as a Sous Chef or similar role in a restaurant setting; strong leadership and communication skills; ability to oversee operations, staffing, and team members effectively
