Position: Sous Chef job
About: Resort Lifestyle Communities is seeking a dedicated individual to work as a Cook in a scratch-based kitchen, responsible for cooking meats, fish, vegetables, soups, eggs, and other foods, and maintaining a clean and sanitary work station area. The ideal candidate will assist in executing a dynamic menu that utilizes various cooking styles for the dining experience.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; proven experience in culinary arts or a similar role; knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices; ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment; attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
