Position: Sous Chef job
About: Troon Golf, L.L.C. is seeking a Sous Chef for their restaurant to oversee and manage food preparation in a specific area of the kitchen. The candidate will supervise and ensure the production of consistently high-quality food while adhering to established control procedures for cost and quality within a dynamic culinary environment.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; previous experience as a Sous Chef or Chef in a restaurant setting preferred; strong knowledge of food preparation techniques and kitchen operations; ability to maintain quality and consistency in food production; excellent leadership and organizational skills
