Requirements: Maintains a current ServSafe certificate (food services sanitation certificate) or willing to participate in training; One year of related experience in food preparation, full-line menu items, and therapeutic diets; High School diploma or GED accepted; Ability to handle multiple priorities and demonstrate effective communication and problem-solving skills; Prior long-term care and supervisory experience preferred
