Position: Sous Chef job
About: SodexoMAGIC, a joint venture between Sodexo and Magic Johnson, is seeking a Sous Chef for the cast member dining at Disneyland in Los Angeles, California. The role involves supporting all culinary operations at Disney Land Eat Ticket Cafe, including hands-on cooking, food ordering, and overseeing the food safety program with a focus on excellent customer experience.
Requirements: High school diploma, cooking experience, successful customer service skills, valid driver’s license, flexibility in scheduling (including weekdays, nights, and weekends); communication skills; ability to work hands-on with the team, supervise, develop, and mentor staff, assist with procurement and purchasing, and build interpersonal relationships with clients and customers.
