About: At Gibsons Restaurant Group, we are looking for a skilled and experienced Sous Chef to join our team. The Sous Chef plays a crucial role in upholding high culinary standards and leading the kitchen team to success in delivering exceptional dishes at our property. This position offers the opportunity to work in a fast-paced, detail-oriented kitchen environment with a focus on Mediterranean cuisine and high-end cooking techniques, under the umbrella of the Gibsons Restaurant Group culture and ThinkFoodGroup vision.

Requirements: One to three (1-3) years of detail-orientated kitchen experience; at least 18 years of age or older; prior experience in Mediterranean cuisine preferred; precise knife cuts and skills; current with culinary concepts, practices, and procedures; experience in the hospitality industry in a kitchen setting; knowledgeable in high-end cooking techniques; organized and able to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment with good sanitation principles; positive attitude and passion for great food; culinary degree preferred; experience in previous Bazaar locations and familiarity with all kitchen stations
