Requirements: Experience in kitchen management and food preparation; Expertise in menu planning and developing new recipes; Leadership and supervisory skills, including training and managing kitchen staff; Knowledge of health and safety regulations in a kitchen setting; Strong organizational and inventory management skills; Excellent communication and teamwork abilities; Culinary degree or related certification is a plus; Previous experience in a high-end restaurant or hotel is an advantage
