Position: Sous Chef job
About: Sodexo at Seattle Pacific University is seeking an experienced Sous Chef to join their team and support the Executive Chef in the Student Dining program, overseeing production for multiple stations serving over 600 students daily. Sodexo and the university collaborate to deliver exceptional dining experiences.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; 3-5 years cooking experience in high volume production cooking; experience supervising and leading a team of cooks; working knowledge of automated ordering/inventory systems
