Position: Sous Chef job

About: The Doubletree by Hilton Colorado Springs is seeking a Sous Chef to join their team. The Sous Chef will work with culinary staff to prepare, cook, and present food according to hotel standard recipes in order to create quality food products. They will also supervise kitchen staff, ensure proper food storage and rotation, adhere to cost and quality control procedures, and report to the Executive Chef.

Requirements: Previous sous chef experience is required; Culinary degree is preferred; Experience in a full-service hotel with significant meeting space is preferred; Ability to effectively lead and direct others under time constraints; Excellent opportunity to work in a high-volume, positive, and creative environment
