Requirements: High school diploma or general education development (GED) diploma; 3 to 5 years experience with kitchen operations and staff supervision; certification in Serve Safe Management certification course; team management, delegation, coaching skills, and ability to motivate others; organization and multi-project management skills; ability to communicate effectively
