Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent; experienced Sous Chef with culinary and administrative responsibilities; training proficiency; stocking and set up skills; strong cooking background; knowledge of cooking methods, ingredients, and equipment; accuracy and speed in task execution; willingness to work weekends and holidays; positive and professional attitude; valid food handler’s card; basic computer knowledge; high-volume kitchen experience; ability to work independently and in a team
