About: Hotel West & Main, Tapestry by Hilton in Conshohocken is seeking an experienced Sous Chef to join its team. This full-service hotel features two restaurants and banquet/meeting space, offering a great opportunity to showcase culinary skills within Concord Hospitality Enterprises.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; extensive experience in culinary arts; strong organizational skills, attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, and delegation skills; ability to coach and mentor kitchen staff effectively; excellent communication and teamwork skills
