Requirements: Possesses 2+ years’ experience in a full-service, high-volume restaurant, in a management or lead-line cook position; adept at prioritizing multiple tasks with good communication and delegation skills, while staying detail-oriented in a fast-paced environment; interested in learning and understanding all facets of management – hiring, training, scheduling, vendor relations, operations, and financial discipline
