Requirements: Experienced, preferably 3+ years’ cooking experience in an upscale, full-service, high-volume restaurant; detail-oriented and thrive in a fast-paced environment; driven and professional with a passion for leading, educating, and training staff; adept at multi-tasking and prioritizing job duties with good communication skills
