About: The Surf Club Restaurant, part of Chef Thomas Keller’s culinary group, is currently seeking enthusiastic individuals to join their team as a Sous Chef. Situated within the historic Four Seasons Hotel at the iconic Surf Club, this restaurant offers classic Continental cuisine for a modern audience while paying homage to the location’s legacy of good times and grand parties from the ’50s and ’60s.

Requirements: 5 years of experience in a fine culinary environment, preferably within a Michelin-starred restaurant; Possess a valid State Health Certificate and HACCP Training are preferred; Strong organizational skills and impeccable cleanliness standards; Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well in a team; Ability to thrive in a dynamic, high-demand environment; A deep enthusiasm for food, beverage, and hospitality
