Requirements: High school diploma or G.E.D; prior restaurant BOH food preparation experience; ability to work in a fast-paced environment effectively and efficiently; flexible schedule including weekends, nights, and holidays; advanced knowledge of kitchen stations and roles, food preparation techniques, and service protocols; attention to detail; collaboration and teamwork skills; effective communication skills; decision-making ability; financial acumen; inclusive excellence; inspirational leadership; problem-solving skills; completion of restaurant training program
