Position: SOUS CHEF II – Newtown, PA

Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; at least 5 years of related culinary experience, including at least 1 year in a supervisory or lead culinary role; diverse experience in restaurants, hotels, corporate dining, education, military, healthcare, or related food service operations; prior culinary experience in catering is required; in-depth knowledge of food and industry trends focusing on quality, production, sanitation, safety, food cost controls, and presentation; ability to set up and distribute production sheets ensuring detailed execution; strong supervisory, leadership, training, management, and mentoring skills to champion an inclusive team environment; ServSafe or Department of Health Certification is helpful; proficiency in computer skills and knowledge of MS Office products, including Excel; an Associate’s degree or equivalent experience in Culinary Arts is preferred
