Requirements: A.S. or equivalent experience; dynamic culinary/kitchen management experience; catering experience is a plus; high volume, sophisticated foodservice operations experience; institutional and batch cooking experiences advantageous; extensive knowledge of food and catering trends; experience with computers including Microsoft Office; willingness to participate in client satisfaction programs/activities; ServSafe certified highly desirable
