Position: Sous Chef (Glacier NP)

Your daily pursuit at Pursuit involves crafting amazing Montana-inspired dishes for guests and leading a team of culinary professionals. Compensation for this role is $21.00 per hour, and the position is open for the spring/summer 2025 season. As a Sous Chef at Pursuit, you’ll act as kitchen manager, create daily specials, expedite orders, train culinary team members, assist with various kitchen tasks, maintain cleanliness and adhere to food safety standards. Ideal candidates need 1-3 years of high-volume culinary management experience, Serv-Safe certification, strong work ethic, commitment to safety and quality standards, organizational skills, good communication, and a positive, helpful attitude. Requirements: 1-3 years high-volume culinary management experience required; Current Serv-Safe certification or food handler sanitation certificate required; Work ethic and commitment to the team and guest is key; Be willing and able to work solo or as part of a team; Commitment to Safety First and the highest quality of cleaning & sanitizing standards; Organized with a great eye for detail; Kind to others and always bring your best; Good communicator, always suggesting ideas and solutions; Helpful and friendly, willing to go the extra mile; Relaxed, flexible and able to handle a few curve balls; Ready to have fun
