Position: Sous Chef – Garde Manger
About: The Venetian Resort is seeking a Banquet Beverage Attendant to ensure responsible alcohol service and guest satisfaction in accordance with the company’s policies and procedures. The role involves maintaining cleanliness, organization, and knowledge of beverage service requirements for events hosted at the resort.
Requirements: 21 years of age; Proof of authorization/eligibility to work in the United States; High School Diploma or equivalent preferred; 1 year experience as a barback, food busser, or hotel steward; Must be able to obtain a Health card, Alcohol Awareness card, and valid non-gaming registration; Provide legible communication; Compute basic mathematical calculations; Ability to perform job functions with attention to detail, speed, and accuracy; Follow directions thoroughly; Excellent professional presentation and grooming; Ability to communicate effectively in English, both orally and in writing; Maintain a professional appearance adhering to the resort’s appearance standards; Work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays
