Position: Sous Chef | Full-Time | Ensemble Arts
About: Curtain Call, located in Ensemble Arts, is looking for a hard-working and passionate Sous Chef to join this project. Curtain Call is a coffee shop during the day that flips into a fun cocktail bar/lounge in the evening servicing small plates.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; complete knowledge of proper culinary methods, techniques, and standards; ability to work cold and hot stations; knowledge of both savory and pastry; ability to deliver to high standards; ability to manage a kitchen team of 6+ employees; excellent attention to detail and the ability to perform multiple tasks at once; overseeing scheduling and inventory to work within a set budget; Manager Serve Safe Certification in Philadelphia required; strong communication skills are a must; team-orientated and positive attitude
