Position: SOUS CHEF (FULL TIME)
About: Compass Group, PLC is seeking a dependable and skilled individual to join their team as a Sous Chef. This role involves assisting the Executive Chef in food preparation and cooking, coordinating the activities of cooks and other food-service associates, and taking charge of kitchen operations in the absence of the Executive Chef.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; proven experience as a Sous Chef, Executive Chef, or similar role; ability to lead and manage a team effectively; strong knowledge of kitchen operations and food safety standards
