Position: Sous Chef – FT – Envue Autograph Collection-Weehawken
About: Blue Sky Hospitality Solutions is seeking a dedicated and experienced Sous Chef to assist the Executive Chef in planning and managing the kitchen staff for the hotel. The ideal candidate will ensure the procurement, production, and presentation of food in a safe, sanitary environment while meeting quality standards and achieving profitability.
Requirements: Three or more years of experience in a supervisory role; High School Diploma; culinary education is desirable; Advanced knowledge of food profession principles and practices; Computer literacy and financial management skills required
