Position: Sous-chef de cuisine

About: Le Mistral – Brasserie is currently looking for a talented and motivated Sous Chef to join their culinary team. The ideal candidate will assist in managing kitchen operations, ensuring high-quality food preparation, and maintaining a positive work environment. This role requires strong leadership skills and a passion for culinary excellence. The Sous Chef will work closely with the Head Chef to develop menus, oversee food service, and manage kitchen staff.

Requirements: Proven experience in a culinary role, preferably as a Sous Chef or in a similar position within restaurant management; Strong team management skills with the ability to motivate and lead a diverse group of individuals; Knowledge of menu planning, food service techniques, and inventory management practices; Familiarity with dietary requirements and how to cater to them effectively; Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written; Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
