Position: Sous Chef, Concessions – Yankee Stadium
About: Legends & ASM Global is seeking a dedicated Sous Chef for Concessions at Yankee Stadium, where exceptional dining experiences and top-notch hospitality are the norms. This role entails supporting culinary operations with a primary focus on the Concessions Program under the guidance of the Executive Chef and Director of Concessions.
Requirements: Degree or certification from an accredited culinary arts institute or apprenticeship certification from the American Culinary Federation; minimum three (3) years of experience in a high-volume full-service food operation; proven track record of improving kitchen efficiencies, quality, and costs; excellent leadership, financial analysis, team-building, and communication skills; knowledge of kitchen sanitation, equipment operation, and maintenance; detail-oriented, organized, and adaptable to new procedures; proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint; flexible to work varied hours including nights, weekends, and holidays; willingness to travel as needed
