Position: Soul Barista – Short North Luxury

Le Meridien Columbus, The Joseph, a property under Highgate, is currently seeking a Barista to join their team.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent and/or related experience in a hotel or related field preferred; flexible with long hours, including weekends and holidays; able to lift up to 20 pounds occasionally and/or 10 pounds frequently; effective verbal and written communication skills; excellent multitasking and prioritization abilities; attends all required meetings and trainings; maintains high standards of personal appearance and grooming; demonstrates problem-solving skills and initiative; capable of maintaining confidentiality; willing to cross-train in other hotel-related areas
