About: RPM Italian, an elegant and urban restaurant created by Bill and Giuliana Rancic in collaboration with RJ, Jerrod, and Molly Melman, is seeking Sommeliers to join their team. The restaurant offers modern Italian cuisine with a sophisticated yet unpretentious menu, catering to guests with well-crafted and versatile interpretations of classic dishes.
Requirements: Current Sommelier certification; ability to work varied hours including weekends; effective communication skills; capability to handle busy and stressful environments; physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds and move safely through different restaurant areas
