Requirements: High school diploma, GED, or equivalent education; at least one year of prior experience in a similar role with wine knowledge and Sommelier certification; understanding of Italian and American wines, with emphasis on French wine knowledge; proficient in wine and food pairing; ability to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays
