Position: Sommelier job
About: A fine dining restaurant in Miami is seeking a knowledgeable Sommelier to curate and enhance their wine menu, provide expert recommendations on pairings, and ensure top-notch wine service for guests. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the wine making process and demonstrate exceptional customer service skills in a dynamic restaurant environment.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent education required; Certificate as a Sommelier or a degree in a hospitality role; extensive knowledge of local vineyards and wineries; an understanding of the wine making process; available to work weekends; ability to obtain and/or maintain any government-required licenses, certificates, or permits must be ‘SERV Safe Certified’ by the State of Florida.
