Position: Sommelier job
About: A fine dining restaurant is seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Sommelier to oversee all aspects of the wine program. The Sommelier will be responsible for curating the wine list, implementing promotions, training staff, and managing inventory while providing exceptional service to guests.
Requirements: 2-3 years of managerial experience in fine dining; Wine certification such as CMS or WSET is highly desirable; Enthusiastic sense of hospitality with a professional, friendly demeanor; Devotion to customer service and positive employee relations abilities
