Position: Sommelier job
About: The Restaurant Zone is seeking a knowledgeable and skilled Sommelier to elevate guests’ dining experiences through expert wine recommendations, beverage inventory management, and high service standards. This role requires collaboration in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
Requirements: 3+ years in the hospitality industry, specifically in a sommelier role; knowledge of Sake preferred but not required; fine dining experience essential, upscale sushi experience preferred but not required; ability to calculate and manage beverage costs effectively; proficiency in English required, additional languages a plus; competency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google products; strong interpersonal skills with team management abilities; expertise in wine service, food, and beverage pairing; proficiency in wine knowledge and buying strategies.
