Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; experience in wine service and ordering for a high-end restaurant; ability to work varied hours, including weekends; strong communication skills and ability to handle guest needs with professionalism; knowledge of wine service procedures and wine inventory management; proficiency in POS systems and adherence to safety and sanitation guidelines
