Position: Sommelier job
About: Anthony Scotto Restaurants is seeking a Sommelier for one of their Fine Dining restaurants. The culinary teams at Anthony Scotto Restaurants focus on using quality ingredients and updating menus seasonally to offer a diverse range of dishes, including sushi, exotic cuts of beef, and fresh seafood. They boast award-winning wine lists and unique homemade desserts at all their locations.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; 3+ years’ of experience as a sommelier at a fine dining/high volume restaurant; Wine Certification from an accredited wine institution preferred; Excellent beverage knowledge including beer, wine, and spirits; Strong understanding of beverage inventory and cost management; Strong communication and organizational skills; Team-oriented and a motivator to the FOH staff
