Position: Sommelier job
About: Golden Entertainment is seeking a dedicated Sommelier to collaborate with the management team and maintain a successful wine program within the fine dining restaurant setting. The role involves advising guests on wine selections, managing inventory, conducting staff training, and ensuring exceptional customer service.
Requirements: At least two years of experience in a fine dining restaurant; full knowledge of wine including taste, varietals, regions, climates, harvesting, and winemaking process; excellent communication skills; ability to interact effectively with individuals or small groups; advanced knowledge of wine and liquor; professional appearance; at least 21 years of age; preference for Sommelier certification; effective English communication; required work cards; legal right to work in the United States
