About: La Brasserie, located in the former ‘Les Halles’ space on Park Avenue, is looking for a creative, hard-working and passionate food and wine enthusiast to join our team. Our commitment to quality has earned us a strong reputation throughout New York City. Ideally trained with a foundation in Fine Dining, Rotisserie, and Brasserie concepts, the ideal candidate should have solid New York City Market Experience along with demanding leadership and management skills. As a responsible team player with strong communication and interpersonal skills, they must also be a mentor to their team and have a friendly, approachable, and composed disposition in all interactions.
