Requirements: Minimum 3 years of experience in hospitality service; Court of Master Sommeliers’ Certification or higher preferred; Advanced knowledge of Italian wines and regions; Proficiency in using Microsoft Office, accounting software, and POS systems; Ability to act with integrity, honesty, and promote company culture; Passion for food services; Ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment; Positive and professional attitude with the team; Contribution to weekly staff education meetings
