About: The Detroit Foundation Hotel, owned and managed by Aparium Hotel Group, is seeking an experienced Sommelier to join their Food & Beverage team. Aparium Hotel Group focuses on bringing luxury accommodations to important cities while celebrating the unique character of each location.
Requirements: College degree preferred; 2 years of food and beverage supervisor experience; thorough understanding of excellent service, labor control, maintenance, merchandising, and accounting; computer literate; outstanding verbal and multi-tasking skills; excellent knowledge of food, wine, and cocktails
