Position: Sommelier job
About: Wolfgang Puck Group is seeking a knowledgeable and experienced Sommelier to join their team. The Sommelier will play a crucial role in beverage recommendations, sales, and service execution during operational hours, maintaining and promoting the restaurant’s wine and beverage collection, and providing expert food and beverage pairings. Responsibilities also include staff training, wine list maintenance, and ensuring proper inventory levels of wine and beverage selections.
Requirements: High School Diploma or general education degree (GED); Minimum 21 years of age; Minimum 3 years Sommelier experience in fine dining operation; Excellent knowledge of food and beverage pairings; Excellent knowledge of wine and beverage service procedures
