About: The Noble 33 Hospitality and lifestyle company is seeking a Sommelier for Meduza Mediterrania in New York City. We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Sommelier to curate a unique and extensive wine list that perfectly complements our cuisine and caters to our diverse clientele. The ideal candidate will have a passion for wine, a deep understanding of grape varietals, regions, and production methods, and excellent communication skills to enhance the dining experience for our guests.
Requirements: At least 3 years of experience as a Sommelier in a high-end restaurant or hospitality environment; Extensive knowledge of various grape varietals, regions, and production methods; Ability to communicate and work in English. Additional languages are beneficial; Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-energy environment
