Position: Sommelier – Carbone – Aria

Requirements: High school diploma, GED, or equivalent education; at least one year of prior experience in a similar role as a Sommelier; Sommelier certification from Court of Master Sommeliers, Wine & Spirit Education Trust (WSET), National Wine School; proficiency in wine and alcohol, food pairing, and Italian wine knowledge; experience with wine inventory management and ordering processes; knowledgeable about Point of Sale (POS) devices; ability to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays
