Position: Sommelier – Carbone – Aria

Requirements: At least one year of prior experience in a similar role with Sommelier certification; prior experience in fine dining or similar setting; passionate about providing excellent customer service and proper service techniques; proficient in wine, alcohol, and food pairing; emphasis on Italian wine knowledge; high school diploma, GED, or equivalent education; ability to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays
