Position: Sommelier/Beverage Supervisor

Requirements: 2+ years’ experience in high-volume restaurant/lounge; high energy with effective and influential people skills; ability to comprehend and use technical or professional language to communicate complex ideas; strong knowledge of Microsoft Word & Excel, computer skills, POS systems (Micros), and Beverage Management system (Craftable); strong communication and listening skills; ability to move throughout the business for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds; deep understanding of lifestyle hotels and premium dining products and services; ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
