Position: Solis Restaurant Manager

About: Solis Restaurant, located in a luxurious and elegant setting, is seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Restaurant Manager to oversee all food and beverage service functions, including Room Service, under the guidance of the Maitre D’Hotel. The manager plays a crucial role in ensuring exceptional guest satisfaction, team morale, and collaboration with the culinary team to elevate the overall guest experience at Solis Restaurant.

Requirements: Possess a diploma from an internationally recognized hotel school or university; a minimum of three years’ experience as a Restaurant Manager in a Five Star Cruise ship or luxury hospitality establishments like hotels, high streets restaurants, or exclusive clubs; managing and operating Restaurant Systems such as Micros, Symphony, MXP, Silverware, Crunchtime; knowledge of United States Public Health rules and regulations, HACCP, and proficiency in using Microsoft Office tools.
