Position: Software Sales Agent
About: This company is seeking Sales Agents to join their team. The position offers an hourly rate of $15.00 along with a commission plan with no cap. Sales agents have the potential to earn an additional monthly income between $1,000-$3,000 on top of the hourly rate, with top performers exceeding $4,000 in additional monthly income. The job entails fielding inbound and outbound calls, managing the sales process from lead to close, updating prospect data in Salesforce, negotiating contracts, and achieving monthly sales quotas. This is a fully remote work-from-home position.
Requirements: Minimum of three years of sales experience; Salesforce experience or comparable CRM; Knowledge and experience with Excel; Experience with Zoom or a comparable video call platform; Excellent written and verbal communication skills; Competitive, organized, self-motivated, and desire for career advancement; Ability to quickly learn and understand new products and technologies; Experience delivering web presentations to individuals and groups at the management and executive level.
