Position: Software Customer Service Manager

About: Motorola Solutions, a global company focused on critical communications, video security, and command center technologies, is seeking a Software Customer Service Manager to join their Video & Software Services Organization. The role involves managing customer service contracts and relationships, primarily focused on VESTA and VESTA NXT products.

Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree or 5+ years of experience in technical customer support; ability to obtain government background clearance; legal authorization to work in the U.S.; strong communication skills; proficiency in Microsoft Excel and/or Google Sheets; experience with automated ticketing systems desired; exceptional interpersonal and organizational skills; willingness to travel 25-50%; familiarity with contracts and customer service operations.
